The service and operator

The Futures Playbook LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates Futures Playbook and FP Terminal. The website provides account and membership services; FP Terminal provides standardized market research and a personal research journal. Access is intended for adults 18 and older who can enter a binding agreement.

Accounts and security

Use accurate account information, verify your email address, and keep access credentials private. Each membership is for one individual unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Do not share sign-ins, bypass access restrictions, or access another person’s journal or account. Account creation is free and does not authorize payment.

Subscriptions, the free trial and recurring billing

The FP Terminal membership is a recurring monthly subscription. The price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown on this site and again at checkout before you agree. New members start with a free trial of 3 full trading sessions. A trading session is a U.S. futures trading day, Monday through Friday, excluding exchange holidays on which U.S. futures and stock markets are fully closed. A session counts only if it opens (9:30 a.m. ET) after you start checkout, and the trial ends at 5:00 p.m. ET on the last counted session. The exact end date and time are shown on your account page before you continue to checkout and again in Stripe’s checkout. A payment method is collected at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the paid monthly membership when the trial ends, the payment method on file is charged the monthly price at that time, and the membership renews on the same day each month until you cancel. The free trial is for new members; a repeat trial may be declined for an account or payment method that has already used one. Recurring charges require your separate express agreement at checkout. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive your full card number.

Dashboard access begins when checkout completes with a payment method on file for the trial, and continues while the subscription is in its trial or paid for the current period. Failed, incomplete, expired or canceled subscriptions may lose access. A checkout return page alone is not proof of payment. Free accounts do not automatically convert to paid accounts.

Cancellation, refunds and changes

Use My account → Manage billing to view invoices, update payment methods or cancel future renewals in Stripe’s customer portal. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. Review the cancellation effective date shown there. If cancellation is scheduled at the end of a paid period, access continues through that date. Contact support for billing errors, refund requests or trouble canceling. Any offer-specific refund conditions must be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Deleting your account closes application access and cancels its subscription when the deletion is processed; it does not automatically refund past charges. To retain access through a paid period, cancel future renewal in Manage billing instead. Unsubscribing from newsletters does not cancel billing. Material price or billing changes will be communicated with the notice and consent required by applicable law. These terms do not authorize an undisclosed future charge.

Research and risk

Research may include directional scenarios, alerts, stops, targets and fixed-model sizing examples. It does not assess your personal finances, positions, objectives or suitability, manage your assets or place orders in your brokerage account. You remain responsible for your decisions. Futures and options can produce losses exceeding your deposit. Read the Risk disclosure, including hypothetical-performance and data limitations, before using the research.

Content and data rights

Membership grants limited, revocable access for your own internal research. Do not resell, scrape or redistribute restricted content or third-party market data without the relevant rights and written permission. Data providers retain their rights, and exchange entitlements are not transferred by these terms. You retain rights in the journal text you submit and permit the processing needed to store and display it for your account.

Availability and conduct

The service can experience outages, delayed data and model errors. Features may change; no uptime, fill, accuracy or investment result is guaranteed. Do not submit brokerage passwords, bank details, sensitive identifiers, unlawful material or another person’s confidential information. Access can be suspended for misuse, security concerns or unpaid charges, subject to applicable law.

Your legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, research and software are provided as available without a warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular trading purpose. Nothing here excuses fraud or intentional misconduct, excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waives statutory consumer or investor rights. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive court venue. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply.
